ABOUT
I am a filmmaker from Nairobi, Kenya, whose passion has always stemmed from my drive to tell stories. From a young age, I took up writing creative pieces. This developed into a love for photography; telling stories through a lens, which led me to my career in filmmaking.
Cinematography, writing and producing are my forte, with a focus in narrative and documentary filmmaking. I have brought several short films to life; one of which won three Kalasha TV & Film Awards in 2021.
In 2022, I founded Undefined Pictures, a media production and distribution company that aims to amplify African art to the world.
I strive to portray topics that will have a jarring, but powerful, impact on my audience; one that could possibly change their perspective on life. Pushing black, African, and underrepresented stories to a wider audience has always been my main goal;
to make our stories heard.
